For this assignment we had to write an essay on how the advertising companies are using ethos, pathos, and logos in their ads, and the affects that it has on the consumer.

Relfection:

As I was writing this assignment it made me realize several things. Advertising companies use pathos, logos, and ethos in order to make you want to buy their product.  This type of persuasion is everywhere you look. I can now sit down and watch an advetisement now and tell what methods they are using. 

For this assignment we were asked to write about a problem that we truely cared about and wanted to change.  My group decided to talk about teenage pregnancy, and all the responsibilities that come along with it. 

Reflection: 

This assignment really made me think about all the dangers that come with having sex.  There is always the chance of an unwanted pregnancy. I would not be able to handle being pregnant. I have my whole life ahead of me and I have big plans so I am going to practice abstinace so that I can persue my dreams.  Once you have a child you have to focus on the first.
